Virtual Private Branch Exchange (VPBX), Cloud PBX or Hosted PBX is a cloud or hosted PBX solution. Our VPBX means that your calls divert to our data centres. We use our secure technology to re-route the call and direct it appropriately. This solution can provide you with a range of features not available on a traditional PBX. It is software based therefore installation is relatively quick and easy. It works with most VoIP, SIP compliant IP phones or analogue phones.

Yes. We will set up a voice account and with that you will be issued a telephone number or range for your business. This number will be a 087 number.

Yes. Your business will be able to port geographic numbers to our Network, .i.e. 011, 012, 021, 013, 031, etc.

Unfortunately, non-geographic numbers cannot be ported at this time, i.e. 0800, 0860, 086, etc.

Yes. Our VoIP can be used over any Internet connection. For quality of service we recommend using our Connectivity.

Yes, you can use either our voice solution or another providers solution. Your business will receive a voice account and voice traffic will be routed via our Voice Network.
