Our Fibre Broadband products are designed to be cost effective for small to medium size businesses, who may not require a guaranteed throughput or uptime connectivity service.
Questions about Broadband Fibre Internet
Yes. During Network congestion the contention ratio is 1 : 10. This means that 10 business customers will be connecting over the same Network at the same time. This can affect top speeds being reached.
This will depend on the Fibre Network Operator (FNO). The FNO designs the package speeds and BitCo configures accordingly. Please speak to a sales consultant to confirm.
Broadband Fibre is a best-effort service and unfortunately we can not provide operational uptime guarantees. There are optional support SLAs available on request.
