BitCo Announces Fibre And Wireless Expansion With A New Branch In The Mother City, Cape Town
On Wednesday, 1 March 2017, BitCo unveiled the expansion of its renowned Fibre and Wireless Network in Cape Town with the opening of its newest branch.
Live Last Mile Connectivity services and support are now readily available throughout Cape Town. Coverage spans from the CBD inland; Bloubergstrand to Durbanville down to Constantia and extending to Strand. Services have also been activated in Stellenbosch and Paarl.
According to BitCo’s Cape Town based Business Development Manager, Craig McLeod, this activation has been years in the making. “BitCo’s reputation for offering a highly reliable Tier 1 network certainly expands across the country. And Cape Town has long been calling BitCo to expand our physical presence into the region.”
McLeod explains that the local support desk and mobile team affords clients swift support at all times. “As an independent network and service provider, we maintain our own infrastructure. This enables us to offer business enhanced efficiency, high speeds and, of course, less downtime.”
BitCo is renowned for their 99% guaranteed uptime. Furthermore, their Quality of Service protocols have been “specifically designed with business needs in mind” states McLeod. He adds that BitCo is among a small number of ISPs to deliver “true speeds” to their client base.
The BitCo team have enjoyed a welcoming reception reports McLeod. “The numbers speak for themselves. We have been fortunate to onboard many new customers before our doors were officially open. I believe this indicates how Cape Town businesses have been waiting for a reliable last mile connectivity solution to become available.”
