Yes. During Network congestion the contention ratio is 1 : 10. This means that 10 business customers will be connecting over the same Network at the same time. This can affect top speeds being reached.
Lightstruck business broadband is a synchronous/ symmetrical service. Download and upload speeds are the same. Please note that broadband is a best-effort service. We can not guarantee maximum speeds over third-party infrastructure.
Broadband Fibre is a best-effort service and unfortunately we can not provide operational uptime guarantees. There are optional support SLAs available on request.
