Billing takes place on the 23rd of the month. Your account will only be debited on the last business day of every month. Our payments are on a debit order basis. We will need your debit order details when completing this online order form.
What is the process if I decide to cancel?
All our packages are on a month to month basis. If you would like to cancel we will require one calendars months notice period.
Can i use my own IP Phone?
You may use your own IP phone however we can not provide support on your personal IP phone nor be held responsible for poor call quality over the Fibre line with your own IP Phone.
What Handset do i get?
How many call minutes will I get?
For R199 per month you will receive 850 calling minutes (Only national local and mobile numbers). When it reaches the 850 cap you will be unable to make calls. Unfortunately there is no pre-paid top up option.
Is the Phone plug and play or do i need a technician on-site to install?
Your Yealink W52P handset will be pre-configured before it reaches you. You will be able to plug and play. Should you require a technican to come on-site it is only R599. Please note the technician service is only available in Gauteng and Cape Town.
