TMS includes a simple dashboard that is easy to navigate and allows for quick reporting. You can customise and filter your reports by date range, call costs, call duration, source extension, destination number, caller ID and account. All reports can be downloaded in several formats such as CSV, XLSX and PDF.
You have the ability to schedule reports automatically according to the frequency in which you wish to receive your reports, i.e. daily, weekly or monthly.
With TMS you can also customise rates per client to be used in your call cost calculation.
