Festive Season Billing Procedure
Dear valued customer
To ensure uninterrupted services over the festive season please make necessary arrangements to keep your BitCo account up to date.
We have amended our standard billing procedure in anticipation of vacation dates and changes in trading hours. Please ensure that you have read and understood the changes applicable for the month.
December billing dates
Monthly recurring billing will be done on the 6th of December 2019 and not the 23rd as with other months. Statements will be issued out on the 6th of December 2019.
Please contact email@example.com if you have not received your statement by this date. VoIP billing will take place on the 23rd of December 2019 with an updated statement to follow the same day.
No changes have been made to December debit order dates.
